We integrate sustainability into every decision we make

Along with People and Technology, our commitment to Sustainability is a fundamental pillar of strategy to create workplaces for Tomorrow’s World.

We put Sustainability at the heart of our purpose as a business, providing spaces that deeply consider our responsibility for the environment, society and people’s wellbeing.

Green Committees

We value your ideas in helping us make a positive impact to the world and we are committed to empowering the people within our communities to contribute to lasting impactful change.

We believe a partnership approach is essential in achieving impactful ESG results which will benefit all. Effective engagement with our customers is a key part of delivering positive outcomes, particularly in terms of energy consumption savings, and we therefore set up Green Committees2 across our European platform.

Social Value Impact

We recognise that our business practices and management activities have an impact on occupiers of our properties and the local communities around. We believe in a place-based approach that understands and meets local needs. Thanks to real estate aligned activities, and by developing proactive relationships with our communities together with impactful partnerships, we seek to affect positive changes and raise people’s quality of life.
